Jagtvej Apartments
The cooperative housing association AB Jagtvej 3-5 required a solution for an expensive total renovation of their roof. The solution was to extend the upper apartments into this roof space in order to finance the project. The apartments are now two level loft spaces with roof terraces towards the west and enclosed courtyard. All the other apartments in the block have gained a balcony in conjunction with a complete façade renovation.
By designing and documenting the project in 3D CAD (BIM) it has been possible to generate all construction documents whilst simultaneously illustrating the new double height spaces of the apartments.
