Topos Atelier de Arquitectura

This equipment contains a primary school, a pre-school, a Leisure Centre, a lunchroom with their respective landscaping.

The project is part of a broader plan to create an 'Eco Neighborhood' which is a crucial urban commitment, in articulation with existing neighborhoods. The layout of the buildings intends to state the urban continuity on the three facades of the block.

Conceived from wooden structures, the buildings have well defined characteristics to be considered of high environmental quality and meet the highest standards of a very high-level of environmental performance - regarding energy consumption, water management and choice of materials used.
